Deborah Bogan is a finance and policy professional and has served in the public sector in the areas of financial resource management and strategic policy development. She has lived in Colorado since 2013, and after experiencing the 2013 Big Thompson Flood and the 2020 Cameron Peak fire, has become increasingly interested in Emergency Management. As a resident of the Western Slope, she is committed to resourcing the Emergency Management community as the Northwest All Hazards Emergency Management Regional Coordinator. Deborah holds a master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Penn State.
