Johnny launched his weatherization career right after high school and works as an Energy Efficiency Tech in the Gypsum warehouse serving Eagle and surrounding counties.  Johnny brings bilingual Spanish skills to the job along and has grown his skills though the extensive paid on-the-job, classroom, and online training opportunities provided to all new Energy Program staff.
