Growing up on a small farm, Ashley learned a variety of mechanical and construction skills before going into the building supply business.  She has risen quickly through the Energy Program, starting in 2021, being promoted to Crew Leader in 2023 and now running an entire program.    Ashley has trained in Building Science Principles (BPI) Infiltration and Duct Leakage (learned to keep ducks on the farm too), Complete Gas Furnace & Electrical Fundamentals, Lead Initial Renovate Repair Paint  Certification (RRP), Asbestos Awareness and Supervision Core Competencies. Ashley’s smile and open personality are a joy to everyone around her.
