Emily joined the Weatherization team in 2018.  Her expertise and enthusiasm were pivotal in the program’s expansion from serving 130 households just a couple years ago to over 370 annually in 2024.  With 5 separate programs, hundreds of community partners, and dozens of eligibility criteria, Emily’s leverages her MBA, marketing and communications background on a daily basis, leading a team that coordinates as many as 30 jobs in 10 different counties each month.  Emily is extremely proud of the energy program, nearly as avid support of her hometown teams, especially the Kansas City Chiefs.
