As his title suggests, Jason has leveraged NWCCOG’s robust training program combined with on-the-job training to quickly learn a wide variety of technical skills.  Coming to Colorado from the Northeast where he graduated from Northern Vermont University, Jason progressed through the management ladder in the hospitality and tourism field before using his cold climate expertise to serve NWCCOG clients.  Besides valuing highly the energy savings mission, Jason finds the thank-you letters from clients stating how our work positively impacts their lives to be highly motivational.  He loves the steady work. “We have ample time off and paid holidays,” says Jason, and, “It’s steady year-round work without a busy or slow season,” a rewarding alternative to resort work.
