Growing along with the Energy Program for the past 6 years, Julian began his career in weatherization at Longs Peak Energy Conservation Center where he held a variety positions.  He anchors the Western region counties of Garfield, Eagle, Rio Blanco, and Moffat as the WAP manager based in Rifle.  As might have guessed, Julian is one of the most trained and skilled people in the program with three BPI certifications as Energy Auditor, Building Analyst Professional and Building Sciences Trained, he is also an Asbestos Building Inspector and EPA Approved LEAD renovate repair trained.  He is often leading internal trainings for the program.
