Justin Fjeld

Justin Fjeld has worked in the elevator industry since 2012, building extensive experience across both the Denver metro area before transitioning to Colorado’s Western Slope, where he has served as a Lead Technician since 2014. Throughout his career, he earned his Conveyance Mechanics License and developed a strong reputation for technical expertise, professionalism, steady demeanor, level-headed leadership, and an unwavering dedication to safety standards.

A Colorado resident for more than 35 years, Justin has spent the majority of his life on the Western Slope and values the strong sense of community and mountain lifestyle the region provides. Prior to entering the elevator industry, he worked in project management and procurement within the art and framing industry, contributing to projects displayed in several well-known Las Vegas Strip resort properties. Earlier in his career, he also worked in carpentry building custom cabinetry.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, often traveling to support his son’s competitive soccer pursuits or spending afternoons at the hot springs pool with his daughter. He takes great pride in being a devoted husband and father and enjoys camping, skiing, traveling, and embracing the slower pace of mountain life.

As he begins this next chapter with , Justin looks forward to continuing his professional growth, mastering the conveyance code book, and upholding the trusted reputation and high standards that NWCCOG is known for throughout Colorado communities.
