Recognized for his work and expertise, Justin leads the most complex programs in Energy including the HVAC Team, and has been asked to speak at national conferences about heat pumps.  Justin helped develop the unique BEECH program, which is a partnership with Eagle County that puts to full use his more than 10 years of experience.  Justin is intrigued by the challenge of auditing a home at the front end, unravelling the mystery of what isn’t working in a home as it could.  He has one of the lengthier resumes for trainings at NWCCOG.
