Joining the Energy Team in 2022, Bill helped the growing program open the Eagle County Warehouse location in Gypsum, which was a collaborative effort with his previous employer.  Bill’s successful career in contracting and construction informed his work for Eagle County Housing, as it does his new challenge of organizing all the inventory across three warehouse locations, over 45 different suppliers and a dozen crews that need to document every item used for every job accurately.  Every year the Energy Team installs or moves more than 11,000’ of insulation wrap, installs 2,500 high efficiency light bulbs, uses 1,000 protective suits and other PPE installing over 100 furnaces or heat pumps, all of which passes through Bill’s purview.
