Service Area:
Core Transit, which assumed all responsibilities from Eagle County’s ECO Transit in 2024, is a newly formed Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) and the primary provider of regional public transportation services for Eagle County, Colorado. Core Transit provides both Fixed Route and Paratransit services from Dotsero on the west end of the county to the Town of Vail on the east end, as well as commuter fixed-route service to and from Leadville, Colorado in Lake County.
Eligibility Requirements:
This service is designed for trips that cannot be made on Core Transit fixed-route buses. If a rider believes that they may qualify for paratransit service, we ask them to complete the Core Transit ADA Paratransit Eligibility Application. This application helps us assess when and under what circumstances a rider can utilize our fixed-route service, as well as when paratransit service is necessary.
