Becky joined NWCCOG in 2019 and now serves as Finance Director, where she has modernized core systems across accounting, HR, and administration. She has led major process improvements and system implementations, including digitizing financial workflows, strengthening grant administration, and building efficient, scalable structures that support the organization’s growth.

Before joining NWCCOG, Becky worked in operations and finance roles in both the nonprofit and private sectors, including serving as North American Accounts Manager for Faction Skis. She holds a degree in Biomedical Science from Colorado State University and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. Originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago, Becky has called Summit County home for more than fifteen years.

Outside of work, Becky spends her time skiing, mountain biking, volunteering with High Country Veterans Adventures, fostering dogs, and playing violin with the Summit County Community Orchestra.
