Darcy supports the Energy Program by helping managers and crew leaders to attract, retain, and train field team members who install weatherization and energy efficiency improvements in homes throughout Northwest Colorado.  Darcy has been a workforce and economic development professional in Northwest Colorado for 10+ years and has held a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2010.
