Becky Baugh

Becky Baugh brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to NWCCOG, with a career rooted in both the private sector and local government right here in the Colorado mountains. She has spent the better part of two decades helping organizations build strong, people-first cultures — from guiding companies through periods of rapid growth to serving as a trusted HR advisor and strategic leader for municipal and regional organizations. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming and earned her SHRM-CP certification along the way. Originally from a small town in Wyoming, she’s proud to call Eagle County home for the last 24 years and is genuinely excited to bring her experience in workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational development to a team that serves communities across the entire region. When she’s not untangling the complexities of employment law, you’ll likely find her chasing her three kids up and down the Vail Valley or outside soaking up every last minute of Colorado sunshine.
